Installing the trunk may require you to adjust the latch assembly and hinges for proper alignment. Professional installation recommended.
Damage Insurance Policy
Damage Insurance is included on the trunk during shipping, but only to your door. After you accept and sign for the package, there is no damage insurance. Please be sure to carefully inspect the trunk for damages before accepting delivery. If the trunk is damaged, refuse the shipment and sign "damaged" on the signature area of the shipping receipt.

Fiberglass trunks come unprepped and unpainted. Prep work will be required for installation. Typical installation procedures may include - but not limited too:
- Installing your factory hardware, hinges and latch from your original trunk to the new trunk.
- Adjusting the latch assembly, hinges, supports, and surrounding body panels for proper fitment.
- Sanding down high spots, filling in low spots, and trimming excess material.
- Drilling or enlarging holes for license plates, lights, spoilers, backup cameras, and various hardware.
- Installing sound proofing or carpeting (recommended).
- Removing any factory trunk struts, shocks, or springs to prevent bending, warping, cracks or other damages.
- Sanding, priming, painting, and clear coating.
- Installation procedures may vary, professional installation recommended.
- Always be sure to test fit your parts before modifying them. Modifying your parts may void the manufacturers warranty.
