All product prices are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change at anytime without notice. Product prices are subjected to continual updates and may change at anytime. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable or liable for any pricing changes that may occur. Any pricing quotes or estimates provided by Mobb Motorsports (whether written, implied, or expressed) are subject to change and should never be considered final. Mobb Motorsports reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. Mobb Motorsports is not responsible or liable for any pricing discrepancies.

All shipping charges displayed are estimated for shipping to the lower 48 states of the U.S.A. only and are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are estimated for verified residential or commercial addresses only. Shipping charges do not include additional fees that may be associated with shipping to a military base, native reservation, private community, or beyond point (an address located outside of a shipping companies normal service area). Users placing an order that have a restricted or limited access shipping address, as clarified above, should expect higher shipping charges to be added on to the order amount. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for any additional shipping charges or fees charged by a shipping company to make delivery to a restricted or limited access address.   

Payment

All orders must be prepaid by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a third party financing service. All payments must include the cost of the merchandise, shipping and handling charges, and any other taxes and fee's not included. Customers are fully responsible for payment of orders. By placing an order with Mobb Motorsports LCC, the customer is fully liable for payment of the item(s). If an order is not paid in full by the time the customer has received the order, the customer is solely responsible for any and all collection charges and fees. All fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All information, data, and documentation acquired by Mobb Motorsports will be used to prosecute offenders. 

Third Party Financing Services
Any transactions or contracts entered into by the customer and a third party financing service are solely between the customer and the third party. Mobb Motorsports will not be held responsible for any fees, charges, interest, payments, refunds, disputes, or risks for any reason between the customer and the third party.  Mobb Motorsports does not assume any obligations to any party regarding transactions or contracts that are entered into between a customer and a third party. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all terms and conditions provided by the third party are fulfilled. Any refunds issued by Mobb Motorsports, for customers using a third party financing service, will be issued directly back to the third party and are subject to the third party's terms and conditions regarding refunds. Mobb Motorsports will not be held liable for any fees, charges, interest, payments, or refunds that are made between the customer and the third party for canceled orders or refunds. Backordered and pre-ordered items may not be purchased using a third party financing service. All orders placed using a third party financing service must only be used to purchase items that are not prohibited or restricted by the third party. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the items purchased using a third party financing service are not prohibited or restricted by the third party and adhere to all of the terms and conditions set forth by the third party. Under no circumstances will orders be shipped until payment is completed, authorized, and confirmed by the third party financing service.

Cancellations

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by the customer. All cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 30% of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund amount issued back to the customer. Under no circumstances can an order be canceled if the product has already left our warehouse , our distributors warehouse, or suppliers warehouse and is currently in the possession of the shipping company or customer. Any orders that are requested to be canceled after already being shipped will be treated as a return and are subject to all the terms and conditions found within Mobb Motorsports return policy. If a customer refuses the delivery of any item(s) ordered, the customer is fully responsible and liable for all shipping charges for the item being returned to Mobb Motorsports or our supplier as well as all fees, charges, and penalties associated with Mobb Motorsports return policy. Refunds will only be issued after Mobb Motorsports has confirmed the order has not been shipped by the warehouse, affiliate, partner, or distributer. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for the length of time its warehouse, affiliate, partner, or distributer takes to confirm the order has not been shipped. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for its warehouses, affiliates, partners, or distributers being unable to cancel an order before being shipped. After the product has been received back to our warehouse, all shipping charges and return policy fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.

Product Availability

Mobb Motorsports cannot guarantee the immediate availability of any particular item. All products may be on backorder, special order, or made to order availability.

Shipping

Mobb Motorsports will not be held responsible for shipping times or orders that have been delayed for any reason by the shipper or supplier. It is the customers responsibility to provide Mobb Motorsports with a correct shipping address. Any holding, storage, or redelivery fee's charged by the shipping company is solely the responsibility of the customer. Mobb Motorsports will provide the shipping company with the customers information including the shipping address, customer name, and contact information. It is the customers responsibility to provide correct information and be available for any questions, concerns, or delivery appointments that the shipping company may have or needs to make. Mobb Motorsports shall not be responsible for any storage fee's, redelivery fee's or charges of any kind made by the shipping company due to the customer not being available for delivery or schedule of delivery. Some products are damaged during shipping and are subjected to a strict damage insurance policy. The following is our damage policies for freight and standard shipments:

Freight Shipping Damage Insurance Policy

Larger items are shipped through a freight shipping company and require a signature upon delivery. These orders are insured against damages but only to your delivery address. All freight shipments MUST be inspected upon delivery by the customer or consignee. If the customer, or anybody, at the delivery address accepts and signs for a shipment and the item(s) are damaged, you will not be covered. Please review our freight shipments damage policy bellow:

All freight shipments MUST be inspected upon delivery by the customer or consignee.

The consignee MUST open the package and inspect all item(s) for damages BEFORE accepting the shipment.

All products must be removed from the packaging for full inspection.

If any part(s) are damaged, the consignee must REFUSE the shipment and clearly print "damaged" on the signature area of the shipping receipt provided by the delivery driver.

If a damaged shipment is accepted by the customer or consignee at the delivery address, Mobb Motorsports and its affiliates are released for liability of damages and the customer assumes all responsibility for the product(s).

If a shipment is refused by the consignee and the parts are not damaged, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and the order will be treated as a return and is subject to all fees and costs associated with Mobb Motorsports return policy.

If the consignee at the delivery address does not follow the damage policy as stated above and the damaged shipment is accepted by anybody at the delivery address, the damage claim WILL BE DENIED. Mobb Motorsports will not be held liable or responsible in anyway if the above policy is not followed.

All damage claims must be reviewed and approved by the shipping company before any replacement or refund is issued to the customer. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for the amount of time it takes for the shipping company to review a damage claim. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for any damage claims denied by the shipping company. Once a damage claim has been approved by the shipping company, a full refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued to the customer. Under no circumstances will a refund or replacement product be issued to the customer before a damage claim has been reviewed and approved by the shipping company.

Standard Ground/Air Shipping Damage Insurance Policy

Smaller items that are shipped through USPS, UPS, and FedEx ground shipping are subjected to the following damage policy:

If you have received your order and the part(s) are damaged, you must report it to us within 3 business days.

Pictures of the damaged box and damaged product(s) will be required as proof of damage. Once the purchaser has submitted proof of damages, a damages claim will be submitted to the shipping company. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for the amount of time it takes for the shipping company to review a damage claim. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for any damage claims denied by the shipping company. Once a damage claim has been approved by the shipping company, a full refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued to the customer. Under no circumstances will a refund or replacement be issued to the customer before a damage claim has been reviewed and approved by the shipping company.

Lost Shipments
Any shipments that are lost during shipping are subjected to the shipping company's Damage/Loss policies and review process. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for the amount of time it takes for the shipping company to review a Damage/Loss claim. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for any Damage/Loss claims denied by the shipping company. Once a Damage/Loss claim has been approved by the shipping company, a full refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued to the customer. Under no circumstances will a refund or replacement be issued to the customer before a Damage/Loss claim has been reviewed and approved by the shipping company.

Stolen Shipments

Mobb Motorsports will only be held responsible for delivering the product(s) to the shipping address provided by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to be available to receive the product(s). After the product(s) have been delivered to the designated shipping address, Mobb Motorsports shall not be held responsible for any stolen shipments or packages that may occur.

Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items being returned must be in original condition, with all original packaging, instructions, hardware and piece(s). Items that have been used, installed, altered, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return. All "special order" and "made to order" items are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. Any items returned to us that are not in original condition and containing all original packaging, instructions, hardware, and piece(s) will be denied for return. All returns must have a valid RMA number, provided by Mobb Motorsports, to be accepted by the warehouse. Any packages delivered to the warehouse without a valid RMA number will be denied. Mobb Motorsports and its affiliates will not be held accountable for any shipping charges or fees associated with a denied return. Returns that are denied will be held by our warehouse for 7 days before discarding the item(s). All returns are subjected to a 30% restocking fee. The original shipping charge on the order is non-refundable. The restocking fee and original shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. All items being returned must be insured by the customer for shipping damages and losses that may occur during return shipping. If an item being returned is damaged, lost, or stolen during return shipping, the customer will be responsible for filing a damage or lost package claim with the shipping company to obtain a refund from them. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for any damaged, lost, or stolen shipments that occur during return shipping. If a customer submits a Return Request before they have received their item(s), Mobb Motorsports will attempt to have the delivery stopped and have the package rerouted back to our warehouse. All shipping charges associated with having the package stopped, and rerouted back to our warehouse will be deducted from the total refund amount. The customer must provide Mobb Motorsports with tracking information for the return as proof of the return being shipped. All returns must be received within 14 days from the time an RMA number has been issued to the customer. A refund will only be issued after the warehouse has received, inspected, and approved the item(s) being returned. All refunds will be issued back onto the original credit card, payment form used for purchase, as store credit, or by company check.

Warranty Disclaimer

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind by Mobb Motorsports, whether expressed or implied. Mobb Motorsports does not offer any warranty on the products it sells. All products sold by Mobb Motorsports are sold "as is" to the customer. Some products sold by Mobb Motorsports are sold with manufacturer warranties. Manufacture warranties are provided by the manufacture only and are subjected to the manufactures warranty policies and review process. Mobb Motorsports shall not be held responsible or liable for any warranty claims that are denied or not approved by the manufacture. Mobb Motorsports will not be held liable for any fee's or penalties associated with a manufacturers warranty. Mobb Motorsports shall not be held responsible or liable for the manufacturers warranty policy, review process, or length of time it takes for a manufacture to review or resolve a warranty claim. Manufacture warranty summaries can be found on each individual product page for review before purchase. All warranty summaries shall be considered a short over-view of the manufacture warranty, not the manufacture warranty in its entirety. All manufacture warranty documents and information will be sent with the product. Any product advertised by Mobb Motorsports that does NOT advertise or state a manufacture warranty policy shall be considered to be sold "As Is" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Mobb Motorsports disclaims all warranties, express, written or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of products, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Any products that have been modified, damaged, or altered in any way by the customer will be voided of all warranties. All products must be in original condition with all original packaging including any instructions, hardware, and all piece(s) to be covered under any warranty. Any warranties and extended warranties advertised are offered by the manufacture only and are subjected the manufactures warranty policies and review process. All warranties are subject to change at any time.



Limitation of Liability
Mobb Motorsports shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All products sold by Mobb Motorsports are intended for off road use only. The customer is responsible for complying with their local and state laws and regulations. Removal of any original equipment/parts on the customers vehicle is not recommended by Mobb Motorsports. The customer is fully liable and responsible for the removal of any original equipment from their vehicle. Mobb Motorsports is not liable for any injuries, tickets, fines, deaths, accidents or damages as a result of these products. The maximum liability Mobb Motorsports can be held to is the cost of the product itself. All products sold by Mobb Motorsports are made by aftermarket manufactures, and although designed specifically for each vehicle, aftermarket parts are not of OEM quality and may require modifications for fitment and installation. Mobb Motorsports is not liable or responsible for any installation or modification costs that may be required for proper fitment, styling, or performance.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mobb Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mobb Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mobb Motorsports shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Product Images
All product images are provided to serve as a generic visual guide only and may not accurately depict the actual product being sold. Mobb Motorsports will not be held liable in anyway for any discrepancies between product images and the actual products being sold.
