• Can I save on shipping if ordering multiple items?
Each product we sell is packaged and shipped individually from our various warehouses located across the United States. Because all products are shipped individually and from separate locations, there are no discounts on shipping.

• Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately due to an extremely high fraud rate and ridiculously high shipping costs, Mobb Motorsports only ships products within the 50 states of the United States of America, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• Has my order shipped?
Most orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been processed. Please allow 3-4 business days after your order has been processed to receive a tracking number. If there is any problem with your order, you will be notified via email and telephone. You can also view the status of your order by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

• How do I track my order?
You will be notified via email with the tracking number for your order. Please allow 3-4 business days after your order has been processed to receive a tracking number. • My order never arrived.
Check your email or click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

Terms & Conditions Regarding Shipping
Mobb Motorsports LLC will not be held responsible for shipping times or orders that have been delayed for any reason. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address. Any holding, storage, or re delivery fee's charged by the shipping company is solely the responsibility of the customer. Mobb Motorsports LLC will provide the shipping company with the customers information including the shipping address, customer name, and contact information. It is the customers responsibility to provide correct information and be available for any questions, concerns, or delivery appointments that the shipping company may have or needs to make. Mobb Motorsports LLC shall not be responsible in any way for any storage fee's, re delivery fee's or charges of any kind made by the shipping company due to the customer not being available for delivery or schedule of delivery.

Shipping Damage Policy
Some products are damaged during shipping and are subjected to a strict damage insurance policy. The following is our damage policies for freight and standard shipments:

Freight Shipping
Larger items are shipped through a freight shipping company and require a signature upon delivery. These orders are insured against damages but only to your delivery address. All freight shipments MUST be inspected upon delivery by the customer or consignee. If you, or anybody, at the delivery address accepts and signs for a shipment and the item(s) are damaged, you will not be covered. Please review our freight shipments damage policy bellow:

All freight shipments MUST be inspected upon delivery by the customer or consignee.

The consignee MUST open the package and inspect all item(s) for damages BEFORE accepting the shipment.

All products must be removed from the packaging for full inspection in front of the delivery driver.

If any part(s) are damaged, the consignee must REFUSE the shipment and clearly print "damaged" on the signature area of the shipping receipt provided by the delivery driver.

If a shipment is accepted, Mobb Motorsports LLC is released for liability of damages and the customer assumes all responsibility for the product(s).

If a shipment is damaged and the consignee refuses the shipment, the delivery driver will take back possessions of the shipment and return it to our warehouse for inspection.

Providing us with photos of the damaged part(s) immediately after the shipment is refused may speed up the exchange/refund process.

If a shipment is refused by the consignee and the parts are not damaged, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.
If the consignee at the delivery address does not follow the exact damage policy as stated above and the damaged shipment is accepted by anybody at the delivery address, the damage claim WILL BE DENIED. Mobb Motorsports LLC will not be held liable or responsible in anyway if the above policy is not followed.

Standard Ground/Air Shipping
Smaller items that are shipped through USPS, UPS, and FedEx ground/air shipping are subjected to the following damage policy:

If you have received your order and the part(s) are damaged, you must report it to us within 3 business days.

Pictures will be required as proof of damage.
Once purchaser has submitted proof of damages, Mobb Motorsports LLC will open a damages claim with the manufacture/distributor. Warranty claims typically take 3-4 business days to process but may take longer.
