This VIS Racing fiberglass hood includes the hood only. Your factory hardware, hinges, and latch will be needed for installation.
Installation Notes
Fiberglass hoods come unprepped and unpainted. Typical prep work may include - but not limited too - sanding, priming, and painting. Professional installation recommended.
Damage Insurance Policy
Damage Insurance is included on the hood during shipping, but only to your door. After you accept and sign for the package, there is no damage insurance. Please be sure to carefully inspect the hood for damages before accepting delivery. If the hood is damaged, refuse the shipment and sign "damaged" on the signature area of the shipping receipt.

Installation Notes:
Replacement body panels should always be installed by a certified autobody shop. Fiberglass hoods come unprepped and unpainted. Prep work will be required for installation. Typical installation procedures may include - but not limited too:
- Installing your factory hardware, hinges and latch from your original hood to the new hood.
- Adjusting the latch assembly, hinges, supports, and surrounding body panels for proper fitment.
- Sanding down high spots, filling in low spots, and trimming excess material.
- Drilling holes for windshield washer nozzles, clips, fluid lines, or various hardware.
- Installing hood pins for additional safety and proper installation (required).
- Installing a heat shield or insulation pad (required).
- Removing factory hood struts/shocks (if applicable) to prevent bending, warping, cracks or other damages.
- Sanding, priming, painting, and clear coating.
- Installation procedures may vary, professional installation recommended.
- Always be sure to test fit your parts before modifying them. Modifying your parts may void the manufacturers warranty.
