Warranty Overview


Most of our products are covered by a limited manufacture warranty. Manufacture warranty summaries can be found on each individual product page for review before purchase. All manufacture warranty documents and information will be sent with the product.

Any products that have been modified, damaged, or altered in any way by the customer will be voided of any warranty. All products must be in original condition with all original packaging including any instructions, hardware, and all piece(s) to be covered under warranty. Any warranties and extended warranties advertised are offered by the manufacture only and are subjected the manufactures warranty policies and review process.

Most manufactures mandate that customers go through the retailer/store that they purchased the item from to open a warranty claim. To open a warranty claim, please follow the instructions found below:




How To Start A Warranty Claim

If you believe that you have received a product that is defective, please start a warranty claim by contacting us at (916) 425 - 5060.


After we have received all information and images clearly showing the defects, we will open a warranty claim with the manufacture. Warranty claims typically take 2-3 business days for the manufacture to review but may take longer. As soon as we receive a response from the manufacture we will reply to your email with further instructions. Please note that all warranty claims are subjected to the manufactures warranty policies and review process.
