This Aero Function fiberglass hood includes the hood only. Your factory hardware, hinges, and latch will be needed for installation (not included).
Product Notes
Aero Function fiberglass hoods come unprepped and unpainted. Typical prep work may include - but not limited to - sanding down high spots, filling in low spots, trimming excess material, priming, and painting. The manufacturer recommends that hood pins be used as a secondary locking mechanism. Your factory hinges and latch assembly will still be used as the primary locking mechanism. It is not recommended to use hood struts/shocks as they may apply too much pressure and cause damages or fitment issues.


Installation Notes
Replaces factory hood. Mounts with factory hinges and latch assembly (not included). Drilling or slightly modifying the factory hinges or latch assembly may be required for proper fitment. Minor adjustments to the hood or surrounding body panels may be necessary and part of the normal installation process. Professional installation recommended.


Damage Insurance Policy
Damage Insurance is included on the hood during shipping, but only to your door. After you accept and sign for the package, there is no damage insurance. Please be sure to carefully inspect the hood for damages before accepting delivery. If the hood is damaged, refuse the shipment and sign "damaged" on the signature area of the shipping receipt.
