Damage insurance is included on the door lower moldings during shipping, but only to your door. After you accept and sign for the package, there is no damage insurance. Please be sure to carefully inspect the door lower moldings for damages before accepting delivery. If the door lower moldings are damaged, refuse the shipment and sign "damaged" on the signature area of the shipping receipt.
